Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Command Center (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Command Center is a multi-tenant software product from Cyber Dogs AI that brings your email, calendar, contacts, and business tools into one place, with an AI assistant that triages your inbox, drafts replies, and helps organize your work. Features available to you depend on your plan and the accounts you connect. Command Center is an alpha-stage product and is under active development; features may change, improve, or be removed.

Accounts and organizations are managed through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organization administrators can invite members, manage roles, control connected company accounts, and access data within their organization. If you are an administrator, you are responsible for managing your members’ access appropriately and for having the authority to connect the accounts you connect.

• Command Center offers Personal and Business tiers, with the Business tier unlocking additional features (such as Money, Clients, Sales, Team, and Voice).
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Billing may be arranged and processed directly by Cyber Dogs AI. Fees, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes will be presented to you before you subscribe.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other organizations’ data, or our infrastructure, or interfere with its operation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, except to the extent the law permits.
• Upload malware or use the Service in a way that harms others or us.

Command Center connects to third-party providers such as Microsoft 365, Google, and GoHighLevel. When you connect an account, you authorize Command Center to access that account’s data through the provider’s API to deliver the features you use. You are responsible for complying with each provider’s own terms, and your use of those services is governed by their agreements. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs. You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings.

Command Center uses AI to generate drafts, summaries, and suggestions. AI output is a suggestion, not a decision. Nothing is sent, scheduled, or changed on your behalf without your explicit approval. AI can be inaccurate or incomplete, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing anything you approve, send, or act on, including any email, message, or action initiated through the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Cyber Dogs AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own content and the data you connect; you grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to operate the Service for you.

We treat the content and data you connect as confidential and use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Likewise, any non-public information we share about the Service should be kept confidential by you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat, or that AI output will be accurate. Command Center is an alpha product and may contain bugs or change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Dogs AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Dogs AI from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or connected data, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Montana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your home jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
