Privacy Policy

Command Center is a product of Cyber Dogs AI, based in Billings, Montana, USA (“Cyber Dogs AI”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to the Command Center web application and related services (the “Service”).

Command Center is a business tool. In most cases the organization that subscribes is the controller of the data its members connect, and Cyber Dogs AI acts as a processor handling that data to provide the Service. This policy describes both roles.

• To provide the Service — display your unified inbox, triage and organize messages, sync your calendars, and surface the information you ask for.
• To power AI features — draft replies, summarize threads, and organize information. Content you connect is sent to our AI processor (Anthropic) to generate these responses.
• To keep you in control — the AI drafts and suggests, but nothing is sent, scheduled, or changed on your behalf without your explicit approval.
• To operate and improve the product — maintain reliability, fix bugs, and improve features and quality.
• To communicate with you — send transactional messages such as sign-in, billing, and service notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use the content from your connected accounts to train Cyber Dogs AI models, and your content is not used to train our AI provider’s foundation models. Anthropic processes the prompts we send solely to generate a response back to Command Center for your use.

When you connect a Google account, Command Center’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The same commitments apply to data we receive from Microsoft APIs. Specifically:

• We use this data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you connect it for.
• We do not transfer or sell this data for advertising, and we do not use it for ad targeting.
• We do not use this data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• Humans do not read your Google or Microsoft data except with your explicit consent, to resolve a support issue you raise, for security investigations, or where required by law.

Command Center’s assistant is powered by Anthropic’s Claude. To draft a reply, summarize a thread, or answer a question, we send the relevant content to Anthropic as a sub-processor, and Anthropic returns a response. That content is used only to produce your result — not to train models. AI-generated drafts are suggestions for you to review; you decide whether to use, edit, or discard them.

We rely on a small set of reputable service providers to run Command Center. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

We may update this list as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected here.

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before storage. Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level using Postgres Row-Level Security. For a full description of our controls, see the Security page.

• Disconnecting an account removes its stored access and refresh tokens, so we can no longer reach that provider on your behalf. You can do this anytime in Settings → Connections.
• Deleting your account removes your profile and the data associated with it. To delete your account or your organization’s data, email hello@cyberdogs.ai and we will action the request.
• We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which it is deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

• GDPR (EEA/UK): rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Where we process organization data, we do so on the controller’s documented instructions.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not sell or share personal information, and we honor requests to know and to delete. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, contact hello@cyberdogs.ai. If your data was connected through an organization, we may direct your request to that organization’s administrator.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure, plus limited analytics to understand product usage and improve reliability. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

Command Center is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there and in the regions used by our sub-processors. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Command Center is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and applicable laws change. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
